FORMER VICE CHAIRMAN AND PRESIDENT OF ARVINMERITOR JOINS SENTELLIGENCE AS INVESTOR AND ADVISOR

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (December 27, 2006) – William (Bill) Hunt has joined Sentelligence as an investor and advisor to the Sentelligence Board of Directors. “One of the critical factors in any company’s success is attracting quality individuals who provide a significant amount of experience and knowledge, Bill Hunt brings to Sentelligence a wealth of experience in the commercial automotive industry,” stated Rob Qualls, CEO of Sentelligence. “We are thrilled to have someone of Mr. Hunt’s stature, both as a professional and a civic leader, join Sentelligence,” Qualls said.

According to Hunt, “Investment in Sentelligence not only provides an opportunity to support an innovative technology company, but evidences Indiana’s opportunity to grow technology-based companies through effective public-private collaboration, as evidenced most recently by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s 21st Century Fund investment in Sentelligence.”, Hunt stated.

Hunt is the former vice chairman and president of ArvinMeritor Inc., a $7-billion, global supplier of a broad range of integrated systems, modules and components for light vehicle, commercial truck, trailer and specialty original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and related after-markets.

Before the July 2000 merger of Arvin Inc. and Meritor Automotive Inc., Hunt was chairman and CEO of Arvin, a global manufacturer of automotive components, including exhaust systems; ride control products and air, oil and fuel filters. Hunt joined Arvin as counsel in 1976, became Vice President, Administration; Secretary in 1982; and Executive Vice President in 1990; President in 1996; and CEO in 1998. A member of Arvin’s board of directors since 1983, he was named Chairman in 1999. Before joining Arvin, Hunt practiced labor relations law in Indianapolis and served as labor counsel to TRW Automotive Worldwide.

Hunt is currently involved in a number of business, civic and educational activities in the State of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council and the Indiana University Well House Society. In addition, Hunt serves as a director of the Indiana University Foundation, Indiana University Advanced Technology Research Institute, Clarian Health Partners, Indiana Proteomics Consortium, Easter Seals Crossroads and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce where he is a member of the Executive Committee. He is Chairman of the Columbus Learning Center Management Corporation and a Director of the Heritage Fund of Bartholomew County. He has recently served as a trustee of the Manufacturers Alliance (MAPI), Vice Chairman of Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association and Co-chairman of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership.
