Rob Qualls - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Qualls has over 26 years experience in marketing, sales, and general management in the vehicle and heavy equipment technology industries. He has been pursuing the development of fluid condition monitoring technology as an entrepreneur for the last nine years, founding Sentelligence with Linden and Coates in 2000. Prior to that, he held executive positions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Puradyn Filter Technologies, Vice President of Marketing for HighwayMaster, National Director of Sales and Marketing for Advantage Battery a division of Grupo Imsa, and Director of Sales and Marketing for GNB Technologies with the Battery Distributor Group. Mr. Qualls has been published in numerous trade publications relating to the commercial automotive industry. He attended the University of Kentucky majoring in Business Administration. |

William Linden - President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Linden has over 27 years of experience in the transportation, consulting, and technology industries. Previously, he was a principal of The LSM Group, a consulting firm specializing in sales, marketing, and product development of technology products to the transportation industry. Clients included ArvinMeritor,Terion, TransCore - DAT Services, and others. He recently held business development positions with two transportation telematics providers - HighwayMaster (now @Track) and Terion. He has been a leading consultant to aftermarket transportation suppliers with Martin Labbe Associates, and also worked for Ryder System as Director of Marketing for commercial lease, consumer rental, and then emerging commercial logistics operations. He has been active with the Marketing Science Institute and the M.I.T - Center for Logistics Management. Mr. Linden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. |

John Coates, Ph.D., CChem, FRSC – Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Coates is a world-renowned expert in optical spectroscopy, lubricant analysis, and analytical instrumentation and sensors. He led development of a leading off-line oil analysis system that is marketed by On-Site, Inc., and is available at truck stops and service locations across the country. Dr. Coates has worked for various instrumentation manufacturers since 1974, including Perkin-Elmer, Spectra-Tech, and Nicolet, serving in technical roles, including staff scientist and senior technologist, as well as in technology-based business development roles. He also serves as an advisor to the US Department of Energy. Dr. Coates is author of more than 100 technical papers, articles, book chapters, patents and other publications. He holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Brunel University in the United Kingdom. |

Phillip Evans – Secretary, General Counsel, and Board Member

Phil has 30 years of legal experience primarily in commercial transactions. Until recently, he held the position of Associate Professor of Business Law at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He served many years as Chairman of the Department of Accounting and Finance at that institution. Earlier in his career, Phil served as Group Counsel for Burger King Corporation at its international headquarters in Miami. In that position he and his staff were responsible for all legal aspects of franchise transactions including acquisitions, sales of existing restaurants, development agreements, etc., in North America and the United Kingdom. Phil has also been retained by companies such as Exide® Corporation and Tony Roma’s™ A Place for Ribs. Phil is a graduate of Kings College and the University of Miami School of Law where he received the degree of Juris Doctor. |

Brad Kelsheimer –Advisor and Board Member

Kelsheimer serves as Associate Vice President of Finance at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. In addition to oversight of the Institute's accounting & finance functions, sponsored programs, and endowment accounting and reporting, Kelsheimer is responsible for oversight of Rose-Hulman's private equity investments generated through its Rose-Hulman Ventures (RHV)program. In his role at RHV, Kelsheimer has participated in over 30 private equity transactions. Prior to joining Rose-Hulman in 2000, Kelsheimer held executive finance and accounting positions (Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer) for a multi-national, publicly-held consumer goods manufacturer and distributor. Kelsheimer also spent five years at Price Waterhouse in the firm's auditing practice. Kelsheimer earned his BS in Accountancy with high honors from the University of Illinois. Kelsheimer serves on the board of the Indiana Venture Center, was a founding member of Illiana Technology Association, advised in the establishment of the Terre Haute Innovation Alliance and serves/has served on the boards of a number of other technology start-ups. |

Derek Kaufman – Advisor and Board Member

As the Founder and President of C3 Network, Inc. Derek and his team take equity positions in start up companies and manage new product launches. The C3 Network team, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan has formed the MetaLab Investment Fund with targeted investments in transportation related innovation.
Mr. Kaufman is also the acting President of Jones Body Company, a MetaLab investment. The Jones Body patent pending tilting flat bed brings new design and performance ideas to the haulage of heavy equipment. In addition to his board activities for Sentelligence, Derek is currently on the boards of Reid Tool Supply, an industrial supply company in Muskegon, Michigan; Vermeer Manufacturing, a producer of industrial and agricultural equipment in Pella, Iowa and Viking Group, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of fire protection equipment in Hastings, Michigan. Mr. Kaufman also serves in advisory positions to Camcraft Inc., a manufacturer of precision-machined fuel system components in Schaumburg, Illinois and Combustion Dynamics Corporation, a fuel system developer based in New York, New York. He is also on the Advisory Board of Grand Valley State University’s Seidman School of Business in Grand Rapids, Mr. Kaufman speaks nationally on both business and organizational creativity issues. Derek has held senior management positions as President of Diesel Technology, a subsidiary of Penske Corporation, Sr. Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Support for Hino Trucks, a subsidiary of Toyota, Vice President of Marketing for Freightliner Corporation and Vice President of Product Support for Euclid Trucks. Derek is a BSME graduate of General Motors Institute. |

V. William Hunt – Advisor

Hunt is the former vice chairman and president of ArvinMeritor Inc., a $7-billion, global supplier of a broad range of integrated systems, modules and components for light vehicle, commercial truck, trailer and specialty original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and related after-markets.
Before the July 2000 merger of Arvin Inc. and Meritor Automotive Inc., Hunt was chairman and CEO of Arvin, a global manufacturer of automotive components, including exhaust systems; ride control products and air, oil and fuel filters. Hunt joined Arvin as counsel in 1976, became Vice President, Administration; Secretary in 1982; and Executive Vice President in 1990; President in 1996; and CEO in 1998. A member of Arvin’s board of directors since 1983, he was named Chairman in 1999. Before joining Arvin, Hunt practiced labor relations law in Indianapolis and served as labor counsel to TRW Automotive Worldwide.
Hunt is currently involved in a number of business, civic and educational activities in the State of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council and the Indiana University Well House Society. In addition, Hunt serves as a director of the Indiana University Foundation, Indiana University Advanced Technology Research Institute, Clarian Health Partners, Indiana Proteomics Consortium, Easter Seals Crossroads and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce where he is a member of the Executive Committee. He is Chairman of the Columbus Learning Center Management Corporation and a Director of the Heritage Fund of Bartholomew County. He has recently served as a trustee of the Manufacturers Alliance (MAPI), Vice Chairman of Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association and Co-chairman of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. |
